SpendLint is a free reference for AI model list prices. Every price is copied from an official provider page on the date shown beside it. Check the provider's page before you commit money, because prices change and SpendLint offers no warranty.
What you get
Price tables, calculators, a price history, a JSON API and a contract checker. All of it is free and needs no account.
Prices are information, not advice
- Each price carries the official source link and the date it was last verified. A price can change the day after that date.
- Cost estimates are projections from list prices and the figures you enter. They leave out taxes, volume discounts, negotiated contracts and anything a provider bills outside its list price. They will not match an invoice exactly.
- When a price on the site is older than 14 days a warning appears at the top of every page. Treat that warning as a reason to check the official page first.
No warranty and limited liability
The site and its data are provided as they are. The maker does not promise that they are complete, current or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, the maker is not liable for any loss that comes from a decision based on the site, including a bill that differs from an estimate.
Using the data
- The price data and the price history are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Credit SpendLint and the official source on each row, and link back. The price history page has a citation line and an embed snippet.
- The JSON API at /api is free and needs no key. Please keep automated requests modest. Responses are cached for one hour, so one request an hour per table is enough.
- The
spendlintcommand line tool and core package declare the MIT license in their package files.
Names and trademarks
Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, GPT, Google, Gemini, Microsoft and Azure are names of their owners. SpendLint is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any of them.
Reporting a wrong price
Write to hello@chudi.dev with the page address and the official source link. A confirmed error is corrected, and the old row stays in the data with an end date.
